This is a 40 foot plate girder bridge. The kit builds 2 complete bridges. It can be used to span a highway or stream. Multiple units may be combined with intermediate supports to span longer distances. It also makes an interesting load for a 40' flatcar. The photo shows it on Tichy kit #4040. (not included)

It is molded in black abs plastic and takes about a 1/2 hour to assemble. The end pedestals are included.
